Staff expected tips, food descriptions lacking.

I had a very productive stay at Hilton. The staff, particularly Chetan, Sonia, and Arpit, were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a great atmosphere for work. The breakfast offered a fantastic spread with both Indian and Western options, and the gym and pool facilities were top-notch. The convenient location allowed easy access to key business areas, making my stay even more efficient.

Humidity levels in some rooms can be uncomfortable, as I experienced a damp atmosphere during my stay. The unique shower system feels complicated and might intimidate first-time users. Additionally, I noticed the absence of staff at the entrance to assist with luggage, which left me to manage my bags alone on the final day.

The check-in process was exasperatingly slow, with no clear communication from the front desk staff. We felt completely ignored as they struggled to find our reservation and simply stared blankly when we asked about our room. Additionally, the promised internet on the TV was unavailable due to their incompetence, and it took multiple complaints for them to finally address the issue.

The valet parking service left much to be desired. I found a punctured tire upon retrieval!!! Also, the pressure for upfront payment at check-in felt like constant upselling, which was quite frustrating!!!

The food was amazing with tons of vegetarian options, and I really appreciated the quick room service despite the hotel being fully booked. I loved unwinding in the beautiful swimming pool and enjoyed a relaxing massage at the wellness center. Just a heads up, the breakfast area could've been a bit tidier, but it didn't spoil my experience at all! 👍

The poolside lacked proper seating, but the clean and comfy King Guest Room made up for it. Loved the in-house spa service too!

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, helpful staff, and a fantastic fitness center. On my first stay, they shared amazing travel tips. It's a solid choice for a relaxing stay, and I'm coming back for Easter.
